Welcome to Hash Pack. By booking our tours or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Definitions

• "Hash Pack," "we," "us," "our" refers to Hash Pack LLC and its affiliates
• "Client," "you," "your" refers to the person or entity booking our services
• "Services" refers to all touristic guide services, tours, and related activities provided by Hash Pack
• "Tour" refers to any travel package, excursion, or guided experience offered
• "Guide" refers to professional tour guides employed or contracted by Hash Pack

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized booking partners
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details within 24 hours
• It is your responsibility to verify all booking details are correct

2.2 Minimum Age Requirement

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian
• Parental consent is required for travelers under 18

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices include services explicitly mentioned in the tour description
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings
• Confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of booking

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, a 30% deposit is required
• Balance payment must be received at least 30 days before tour departure
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• A processing fee may apply for certain payment methods

3.3 Additional Costs

Unless explicitly stated, the following are NOT included:

• International or domestic flights
• Travel insurance
• Visa fees and travel documents
• Meals not specified in the itinerary
• Personal expenses and souvenirs
• Tips and gratuities for guides and drivers
• Optional activities and excursions

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

4.2 Cancellation by Hash Pack

• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings (minimum 4 participants)
• In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or alternative tour option
• We are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from cancellation

4.3 Force Majeure

• Neither party is liable for failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• This includes natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government restrictions
• In such cases, we will work to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements

5. Changes and Modifications

5.1 Changes by Client

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees
• Change requests must be made at least 30 days before departure
• A $50 administrative fee applies per booking change
• Additional costs resulting from changes are the client's responsibility

5.2 Changes by Hash Pack

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
• Significant changes will be communicated immediately
• We will provide comparable alternatives when possible
• Minor itinerary adjustments do not entitle clients to refunds

6. Travel Documents and Requirements
